Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, as a small business, at this time we do not accept returns or cancellations on products, regardless of the items were baked or not. Please be sure all information including address is correct before checking out as we cannot cancel an order based on an incorrect address. Orders will be shipped to the address given. If there was something wrong with the packaging upon receiving, please forward us pictures of the packaging and we will gladly resolve the issue. If there is ANY problem with your order please contact us
PRE ORDER ITEMS: If you purchase a pre-order item, it will be shipped out when it is back in stock. If your order contains items that are available everything will ship once all products are available. There will be no cancellations based on delays in the order. Please be patient and you will receive your order ASAP. You will receive an email notification when the out-of-stock items ship.
