Shipping policy

Once we receive your purchase confirmation, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment immediately. We typically ship next business day (due to covid, please allow up to 4 days before order ships).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Orders ship via USPS. Arrival time is based shipping address in relation to NJ which is calculated on the checkout page. Arrival times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please Note:
There are no refunds for the product after it has been made. Also, there are no cancellations once order is made. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out.

Unfortunately, problems may arise with the post office and you may not receive your package. If this happens please contact us. Orders greater than 3 weeks after it is made or if the status of the package shows delivered. If the status does show delivered please contact your local USPS as we do not have control of the post office. As a small business, we aare unable to resend goods if tracking shows delivered. If your order has not shown up, it's status is still undelivered and it is less than three weeks, we will happily send you a replacement.
