Pistachio Cake
What you'll need:
For the cake:
- 1 package Keto Queen Kreations Yellow Cake Mix (2 packages if using 9' pans)
- 1 package Sugar-Free pistachio pudding
Frosting:
- 1 package Sugar-Free Pistachio pudding
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2-3 TBSP powdered erythritol
How to prepare:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In 1 large bowl, prepare cake mix as directed on pouch
- Add in package of Sugar Free Pistachio pudding
- Divide mix between 2 6" baking pans or 1 9" for single layer cake
- Bake until toothpick comes out clean, 30 minutes
- While cake is baking make frosting
Frosting:
- Keep bowl and beaters in freezer until COLD
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form
- Add in package of pudding mix and erythritol
- Blend until mixed
- Frost cake as desired
